SMART SHOT STUDIO: How did the two of you meet? How did you know he/she is THE ONE?

Sheena: I’ve known Patrick since we were a kids, but we barely each other or talked to each other. I saw him again when my brother invited him for a school activity after that they would go straight to our house, that’s when it started.

Patrick: I used to know her as a kid but my playmate was his brothers so we’re not that closed, so when her brother invited me for a school activity that’s when I started to know her and saw her again. It all started when I called at their house, and pretended that I needed to ask her about bank transactions since she was working at a bank. I ask her that I would like to open an account and I need her cellphone number in case I have more questions. It all started there, usual I texted her but she was aloof, she was a one question one answer girl, maybe because we were not that close nor friends at that time. So in that instance every time I would go their house I made an effort to talked to her about something so she could talk to me. Then it all started there.

SMART SHOT STUDIO: How did you know he/she is THE ONE?

Sheena: For nearly 8 years of being together, I don’t know, when our relationship started I can think about is that, is HE the one already? I think in a relationship our goal is to keep the love and respect for each other. So when he proposes I realized that, HE is really the one, after all the trials that our relationship went through he stood by my side.

Patrick: When our relationship started my goal is looking for the one person who will be with me through the rest of my life, it was late 2015 when I realized that she was the one whom I want to spend the rest of my life with. So to make it more special I proposed to her on her birthday last year.

SMART SHOT STUDIO: How and when did you decide to finally tie the knot?

Sheena: When he proposed to me.
Patrick:  When I proposed to her I know for myself that I am ready and stable to build a family and a home with her.

SMART SHOT STUDIO: How hands on are you and your partner in doing the wedding planning?
Sheena: I am very hands on, I am very particular on things, we both have different assignments for the wedding so we see to it that we are on track on planning our wedding.
Patrick: She’ll do the planning; I’m the one controlling her regarding the budget.

SMART SHOT STUDIO: What is your wedding theme and why? How did you execute this motif in each of your wedding details?
Sheena: Our theme is rustic elegant, elegance that exemplifies simplicity. We really don’t know how we come up to that theme, but based on the weddings we attended, that is our two favorite theme so we came up to combine the two. Our motif is airy blue I get the freedom to choose the color in his willingness.

Patrick: I trust her styles anyway so whatever she likes, I trust her taste regarding that stuff so its fine me whatever she likes I’ll go with it.

SMART SHOT STUDIO : Is there any challenge/problem you encountered while doing the wedding prep? If so, how did you address them as a couple?
Sheena: Planning a wedding is hard, but nonetheless we are so far ok with our planning, if there are things that we argued about we see to it that we should hear both sides on choosing or not choosing a supplier so we could compromise. Constant communication is the key and compromising with each other.
